Opportunity

As a Graphic Designer at MicroAgility, you will be responsible for creating visually compelling designs that communicate our brand message and resonate with our audience. You’ll work closely with the marketing, design, and content teams to produce a wide range of assets, including branding materials, social media graphics, presentations, and more. This is a chance to bring your creativity to the forefront and have a direct impact on how MicroAgility is perceived across digital and print platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain a cohesive brand identity through the creation of graphics for digital platforms, print materials, and presentations.
  • Design marketing assets such as brochures, flyers, banners, and social media graphics that effectively communicate key messages and promote brand consistency.
  • Collaborate on website design, email templates, and digital ads, ensuring all designs are optimized for user experience and conversion goals.
  • Develop visually engaging PowerPoint presentations and pitch decks that align with brand guidelines and effectively communicate complex information.
  • Create custom illustrations, icons, and infographics that help convey complex ideas in a simple, visually appealing manner.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas for marketing campaigns and product launches.
  • Work with cross-functional teams, including marketers, UX/UI designers, content creators, and project managers, to ensure alignment with project goals.
  • Ensure all designs follow brand guidelines and maintain a high standard of quality and consistency across all platforms.
  • Adjust and adapt design concepts for multiple platforms, including mobile, desktop, and print users.

Key Requirements

  • 3+years of experience as a graphic designer, with a strong portfolio show casing work across print and digital media.
  • Advanced skills in graphic design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), as well as knowledge of Figma, Sketch, or other design tools.
  • Experience developing and maintaining brand identities, with a keen eye for typography, layout, and color theory.
  • Solid understanding of design principles for both print and digital media, with the ability to adapt designs to various platforms and mediums.
  • A meticulous eye for detail and accuracy, ensuring that all visuals are polished and meet the company’s high standards.
  • Familiarity with UX/UI design principles, with the ability to create designs that enhance the user experience.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, able to work effectively within are mote team environment.
  • Passion for design with a strong drive to create impactful visuals that help communicate our brand story.
