We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead a transformative digital initiative for our client in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing large-scale digital transformation projects, working with cross-functional teams, and driving innovation to enhance customer experiences and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Planning & Execution: Develop, manage, and execute the digital transformation roadmap, ensuring alignment with the client's strategic objectives.
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with senior leadership, IT teams, and external vendors to define project goals, deliverables, and timelines.
  • Team Coordination: Lead cross-functional teams across marketing, operations, IT, and customer service to implement digital solutions.
  • Risk Management: Identify project risks, develop mitigation plans, and ensure successful resolution of issues.
  • Digital Solutions Implementation: Oversee the deployment of technologies such as mobile apps, cloud platforms, UX design, and AI-driven tools to improve customer engagement/loyalty and stream line operations.
  • Performance Tracking: Establish KPIs and track project progress, reporting regularly to stakeholders and recommending adjustments as needed.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, InformationTechnology, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 5+ years of project management experience,with a focus on digital transformation initiatives.
  • Hospitality industry experience is highlydesirable.
  • Strong knowledge of digital tools andtechnologies, including cloud platforms, and mobile solutions.
  • Expertise in Agile, Scrum, or other projectmanagement methodologies.
  • Exceptional leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or similar certification is a plus.
